We want you to be happy with Vizion AI Studio. This policy explains our refunds and cancellations for paid plans.

14‑day money‑back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund it — as long as you have only made minimal use of the plan’s monthly allowance.

1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.

2. 14‑day guarantee — the details

Available on your first purchase of a paid plan, within 14 days.
Applies if you have used only a small portion of that period’s usage allowance (because AI generations have a real processing cost once consumed).
If a substantial part of the allowance has already been used, the purchase is generally non‑refundable, but you can still cancel to avoid future charges.

3. Renewals

Automatic renewal charges (after the first period) are generally non‑refundable, since you can cancel anytime before a renewal to avoid being billed. If something went wrong, contact us — we review genuine issues case by case.

4. How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. How to request a refund

Email vizionaistudio1019@gmail.com from the email on your account, with your order details. We’ll reply within a few business days.

6. Free plan

The free plan has no charge and therefore nothing to refund.
