This Privacy Policy explains how Vizion AI Studio (“Vizion”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and AI interior‑design service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.
- Content you upload. Photos of your rooms and any product images or notes you provide, so the AI can generate your designs.
- Usage data. Which agents you use (Design, Edit, Render Upgrade), generation counts, and basic technical logs.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by our reseller Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your full card details — we only receive confirmation of your plan and status.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the Service (generate designs, place furniture, upgrade renders).
- To manage your account, plan, and usage limits.
- To improve the Service and troubleshoot problems.
- To communicate with you about your account, security, or important changes.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Service providers (sub‑processors)
We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service. Your data may be processed by:

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We share only what is needed to deliver the Service.
4. Your uploaded images
Your room photos are stored privately and used to generate your results. We do not publish them or use them to train our own models. You can request deletion of your images and account at any time (see “Your rights”).
5. Data retention
We keep your account and content while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and uploaded images within a reasonable period, except where we must keep limited records for legal or accounting reasons.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email us at vizionaistudio1019@gmail.com.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and run the Service. We do not use advertising trackers.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated date.
